A friend asked me to look into V4telecoms. I had never heard of them and nothing in Ispreview about them.  I found their website but no prices listed just a freephone number.

Any comments would be helpful

I've never heard of them so I did a bit of investigating. They are a subsidiary of ABI Business Services Limited: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08865269/filing-history

A quick look at their account filing history should be enough to tell you everything you need to know. I would steer well clear of them.
