Microsoft 10 update

The latest update has messed up my machine. everything is so slow, as to be almost useless. So 2 questions please. Can I easily undo the latest update, second can I permanently stop windows  from updating?

My initial advice would be to leave the machine on but unused for a few hours, then reboot.  It might still be processing the updates, which can take some time if you're using the machine all the time.

You can delay Windows updates, but I tried that myself and all it does is prolong the agony as they build up and then there are a load to install at a later date.  Not sure if you can disable them completely, but that wouldn't be a good idea as you would be compromising the security of your machine.
