If you login to your customer account and go to broadband usage. Starting at the used/projected us tab, step through the tabs, ie monthly graph then daily breakdown. Then, click on the network status option at the left. I get logged out when I do this the first time, but not if I repeat the exercise.

Can anyone confirm this please?

Ray

No problems for me, Rik, they must have fixed it while you were posting on here.

It only does it with that exact sequence, Ray, and I've spotted it before - I was just curious whether others are affected. It's probably choking on my name. ;)

Rik
I can confirm two things

1 - That I am as mad as you for trying this sequence  ;D

BUT

2 - I also get the boot and find myself logged out of my account  ???

Rik

Thanks, Jack. Nice to know I'm not paranoid. :)

Ok for me Rik, using the same sequence.  Are you sure it's not the  :evilb: at it again. ;D

Alf :)

Ray

Still alright for me, Rik, just tried it again as per your sequence.  ;)

No, it's filtering on the basis of name, Alf, I swear. :)

Curious, Ray. Jack gets the same kick out as me. Perhaps IDNet are trying to tell us something? ;)

Rik

I agree, Jack, I think we're on the list.  :hlp: :hide2:

Noreen

Rik, it's happening to me too! After I click on Network Status the first time there's a flicker and then I get invited to log back in. All OK if the process is immediately repeated.  ???

Rik

Thanks, Noreen, there seems to be an obscure coding issue with this sequence. I'll let Tim know...

Simon

It did it to me too Rik, but I've also found it to do it on other occasions, which I didn't note at the time, and would now be lucky to recreate.

Rik

It's a curious one, Simon, since the link should be a constant. I'm guessing there's an odd bit of code which is referencing the wrong link, I just found another in the FAQs.

Does not do it for me, tried three times now  ???
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

Simon

Oh, it's only the chosen few, Gary.  You're obviously not one of the elite!  ;) ;D

Just tried this and it works as it should for me, but then i'm not prone to re-shuffling  ;D
Ted
There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Rik

You should try it, Ted. It's very therapeutic. ;)

Tried what you suggested Rick, no problems at all.

Take care of all your memories. For you cannot relive them.

It still works fine for me now on home computer so I can't join your club.
