Captain K

Hopefully not too busy to prod BT over my stuck profile!  ;D
Bruce.

I don't trust Camels.  Or any other creature that can go a week without a drink.

Just dropped again for me.

Looking at my router, it's saying the connection has been up for 1 hour 57 minutes. I've given up with ventrilo now as I'm disconnecting a bit now, plus everyone just went to bed. Ah they joys of having the rest of the week off :D

That last one was very quick so many may not have noticed.  I notice it as I have yahoo messenger connected and the webcam, which isn't even being used, bleats when there's a blip so I can't miss it.

Ah well..  :bed:  Bed with Russell Brand for me.. oh well just his book then..

Hopefully, IDNet will spot this thread tomorrow - in fact, I'll drop them an email now, and point them at it.  :)

Just for the record, on a dsl4 gateway, no issues.

An email to support@idnet.net will be looked at out of hours. Similarly, if you call the normal support number, a recorded message will give you the emergency out of hours number. That will get a response quickly.

It appears that one of our Central had a brief blip last night. We've asked BT to investigate.

They had a few hits in the early 70s - Knock three times was one of their biggest  ;D

Think it must have been 1971, cos we went to Spain on holiday that year, and my biggest memory of the whole fortnight is that playing absolutely everywhere we went  >:(

Rik

January 1971 to be exact, I can remember playing it on hospital radio. :)
