Microsoft phishing?

I saved something from Microsoft Tech Net about using Vista Complete PC Backup and when I looked at it later on my laptop I got a warning from Vista to be careful as this could be a phishing site! ;D

This is what I get now everytime that I open the file which was from a genuine Microsoft site.
