One of the things i like about Opera is the Speed dial on new tabs. Just found an add-on for Firefox called "FAST DIAL" . Brilliant, open a new tab, hit the site you want, done.
Its easily configured and really fast for all your regular sites.

I've been using it for a while but initially hated it because it makes a pretty poor fist of displaying images with the same aplomb as Opera.

What won me over though was the ability to customise.
