Is there any way of saving outgoing PMs?  Sometimes useful to know what I said......

Go to your outbox and hit Save all PMs, Tac, then use the Prune tool if you want to clear stuff out quickly. Same technique for incoming PMs.

mine are all saved Tacitus.

I think its   in your Profile then in the left hand menu Personal Message Options then there is a tick box to do what you wish.

That just saves them on the board, Baz. I assumed Tac wanted to save them locally - but you may well be right.

Thanks both - I've done as Baz suggested.  I don't normally get pms    (cries of shame, poor thing etc ) but I've had one or two recently and I just wanted a record to be sure of what I'd said.

Which, if he has email notification on, will add to the queue at the server.

hmmmm. maybe thats the problem Rik, everyone has notification on 

note to Tacitus......turn off email notification

note to everyone else......dont send Tac a PM  just yet, wait a few days

extra note to everyone and  IDNet big wigs....I didnt mean to add to the problem, . dont hurt me
