NewNet. We know that IDNet aren't the only ones to have troubles. The true test will be how long they take to resolve it.

Hi Ann,

Not trying to say much really except to perhaps point out to the odd few who threatened to leave IDNet because of the recent email problems that the grass is not always greener even amongst the 'bigger' players.

As to "Who are these guys?" - my previous ISP 

No axe to grind - honest. They are still quite a good ISP but don't have the IDNet personal touch.
