Packet loss all over the place, high latency, shocking speeds.   Rebooted modem and left for a time out, still the same.

No problems here, I've just run some pings and tracert's to idnet and bbc with no packet loss while a speedtest at a more reliable site shows my throughput is spot on for my profile :)
