Dont mention Talk Talk !!

my account was always payble using my credit card and was charged by idnet each month , is this still the case or do you have to complete payment yourself ?

for some reason my account shows payment now dude , usual pay date is 22nd of each month, you reckon this could be due to bank holiday that it hasnt been charged yet ?

Banks and credit cards work in mysterious ways.  ::) It could very well be the Bank Holiday has caused the glitch.  As far as I know payments are still automatic but if you are still concerned then best to try Idnet on Tuesday.

Check the invoice period, James.  It may have been sent in advance for next month.

If a payment date falls on a bank holiday I have found it usual that the payment is taken the day after the holiday...Not necassariy talking of IDnet in particular.

Payments are taken out the nearest day this has to be a working day.payments cannot betaken prior as far as Im aware and in my experience have always taken after..hope this is clear and helps.
As for idet being closed for Bank Holiday......god what next they will want Christmas day off or even worse go home at night.......what a cheek  ;D
Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

If payment was taken Friday, as due, chances are it will be posted to the account tomorrow or Wednesday.

It's normal, when paying by credit card, for the invoice to say unpaid. I believe this happens because the invoice is raised before the credit card payment is taken, but the payment will be taken automatically. If you're in any doubt, it's best to confirm with IDNet tomorrow.
