On the odd occasion I get stuck I found this site gives the solution. well it did until recently, now after several video moves if locks. I have tried reloading the program with the same result. anyone any ideas please?

The videos run for me using the latest version of Firefox.

Thunderbird is an email client.  So, what browser are you using?

It could be a browser related issue. The only solution I can suggest is to try another browser, perhaps IE or Edge if you are using a Windows based PC.

Try clearing your cookies in Chrome, it works fine for me with W10 + Chrome
